Shop Policies

PAYMENT:

I accept PayPal at checkout for all your order payments. Custom orders will be invoices via Square.


SHIPPING:

Shipping is flat rate $5. All items are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays via United States Postal Service. Tracking information is available for all orders.

I am not responsible for stolen/lost merchandise or any merchandise mishandled by the USPS.

A refund will not be issued if the packages are stolen, lost, mishandled by USPS or unclaimed by the customer. If, for any reason, the USPS claims the package is undeliverable or unclaimed and is returned back to me, a refund will not be issued. In such a case, the customer can request a re-shipment at an additional shipping fee.

All packages are shipped First Class. If you would like faster shipping, please contact me and an invoice can be sent for additional shipping charges.

Again, once your package has been shipped, tracking and updates can be viewed through the USPS tracking number you are provided. 


REPAIRS:

Wear and tear happens. If possible, items from Black Sheep Jewelry can be repaired and may or may not result in an additional fee, which may include a shipping fee or a labor cost, depending on the location and type of problem.
